Measure the floor of your phin's brewing chamber and choose the closest size that lies flat without folding up the sides.

How do I use them?

Place one filter on the chamber floor, add 2–3 tbsp medium-coarse coffee, level it, set the press, then bloom and brew as usual.

Are they reusable?

No. They are single-use wood-pulp paper.
